I attended the one day Reception and Treatment Coordinator course in London in May and had 'the Tracy experience' with Tracy Stuart... wow wow and even more wow... looking forward to putting it into practice
Melanie Beaumont - Kingswood Dental
Lots of dental practice websites claim to offer the 'ultimate patient journey'. Talking about how 'each member of the team delivers the best service' to everyone who visits, calls or makes any contact with their practice. However, more often than not practices aren't delivering what they promise and it is often the patient experience that lets them down not the clinical treatment they receive.
Make sure you are not one of these practices!
This course is aimed at dentists and their team who want to develop and safeguard their business and provide outstanding patient care which will improve profitability with increased case acceptance.
Providing patients with a high level of customer service or as we say the “Patient Experience” has mainly been aimed at private practices showing the value of their services. With CQC this is now a standard requirement in every dental practice within the UK. However how many deliver a world class experience for patients? This seminar will cover areas vital to your business which are also the foundations of CQC.
Tracy will not only tell you but show you how to develop a step-by-step guide to delivering a patient experience that will enrol them as ambassadors for your practice and provide your team with a true buzz and passion in delivering an outstanding experience for your patients. She will also cover the important area of the marketing tools that can help achieve outstanding patient care including welcome packs for patients, educational posters and a variety of literature, which will be easy to implement into your daily routine that helps you keep in touch with your patients.
